We had the BEST stay here!! Everything was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The place itself was so beautiful, clean, and just felt super comfortable the whole time.
The host was seriously the sweetest so kind, responsive, and helpful with everything. Communication was beyond easy, which made the entire experience stress-free and honestly just that much better.
You can tell she really cares about her guests and puts thought into every little detail. We felt so welcomed and taken care of the entire time.
I can’t recommend this place enough and will 100% be booking with her again!! 💛

We had a fantastic stay at this studio in St. Augustine! The space was exactly as described—very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for our stay. The studio felt welcoming and well maintained, making it a great place to relax after spending the day exploring the area.
The host was excellent with communication and made the entire process smooth and easy from check-in to check-out. It’s clear they take pride in providing a great experience for their guests. The location was also very convenient for enjoying everything St. Augustine has to offer.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again in the future!

The only Airbnb I’ve stayed in where the home was even nicer than the photos! Spotless, well-maintained, and gorgeous condo. It was very cozy while still feeling spacious. We loved relaxing at the pool and walking the trails. The condo had thoughtful amenities like pool towels and coffee machines, and the whole property felt very peaceful. Brianna was extremely responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Such a gem of a find on Airbnb! Our favorite place we’ve ever stayed.

Brianna's is a caring host who communicates quickly. Condo is spacious, spotless, nicely decorated, with a beautiful pool and hot tub very close by in next building. We have no hesitation in recommending Brianna and her condo, and would stay again if in the area.

This place is beautiful! We have stayed at many condo and home rentals and this has to be one of the best stocked, cleanest, and quietest places! Lots of starter and emergency supplies, kitchen had all we needed including an entire spice rack, paper products, and food storage. Brianna checked in with us and communication with her was easy. There is a pool right at the complex and another about 1/2 mile away with fitness center, tennis and pickleball, and playground. Very quiet gated golf course community with lots of sidewalks to exercise the dogs. Groceries and restaurants about a mile away. Very clean and exactly as pictured. Would love to visit again.

One of the most responsive hosts I’ve ever booked with. Super friendly and helpful with even the small details by sending pictures to help with the check in process. Spotless place. Smelt amazing. Had coffee there for us. Awesome stay for sure.
